New dates, even better experience

Dear LightFairer:

We hope this finds you safe and well.

As you know, we were originally scheduled to host LightFair next May with a comprehensive safety program in place. However, based on ongoing concerns expressed by our exhibitors, advisors, and the lighting community, and after thorough and thoughtful consultation with our partners and co-owners, the IES and IALD, we have decided to postpone LightFair to October 25–29, 2021.

The five additional months of recovery time should alleviate most, if not all of the lighting community's apprehensions, and give you more time to plan.  

The wait will be worth it! 

In 2021, when we reconnect physically after more than two years, we are committed to delivering a memorable and safe experience for everyone with incredible discovery, networking and learning opportunities. 

What you can expect at a reimagined LightFair next year: 

• Explore the latest innovations since the last physical show in 2019.
• Connect with hundreds of leading global innovators.
• Learn from award-winning SMEs and passionate lighting practitioners.
• Network with the industry's most inspiring leaders.
• Earn the credentials you need to finish up any certifications at the LightFair Conference, and more.

LightFair would not be the vibrant community it has grown to be over the past 32 years without you. We are grateful for your support as our industry weathered the uncertainties and challenges of 2020. Your participation in LightFair every year is crucial for advancing lighting innovation, and we look forward to seeing you next year in New York.
