Our enterprise platform consists of web-based applications that unify sales & digital marketing efforts, allowing industry partners to work closer in unison and leverage digital tools together in complete harmony.
Q: Is there a setup fee?

There are no start-up fees for the Essentials+, PRO Marketing and/or Enterprise versions of The Lighting Exchange®. There is a start-up fee for the Advanced Web subscription that is tiered based on your company’s product count.
Q: I'd like to get involved, how do I get started?
Answer
We offer weekly Basic Manufacturer Training to help you learn about all of the ways to get involved with your Agents and The Lighting Exchange. To register for an upcoming session, reach out to our team at support@lighting.exchange.
Q: Do you provide any data automations for product uploads?
Answer
Yes, we offer a few tiered synchronization services for both our free and paid subscriptions. Additional standard and custom API integrations are also available to PRO Marketing and Enterprise level subscribers. Q: Do you offer SSO (Single Sign On) options?

We sure do! Manufacturers who subscribe to any paid level subscription may utilize our SSO services to connect with your existing portals or web applications.
Q: Can I use my own domain with your website integrations?
Answer
Yes, we’d have it no other way! The Lighting Exchange software can be seamlessly integrated with any and all websites…from custom coded websites to CMS driven sites built on WordPress, SquareSpace and more.
Q: Can I change my subscription plan later on?
Answer
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. To downgrade, you will need to provide 30 days notice before the renewal terms of your subscription.
Q: How long are your contracts?
Answer
The Lighting Exchange is an annual subscription which automatically renews unless cancellation notice is given up to 30 days prior to your renewal date.
Q: How can I find out which of my Agents are also using The Lighting Exchange?
Answer
Each of our paid subscription levels provide a dynamic directory of our mutual agency networks, in which you will be able to access in real-time 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
